Things you can do

• The Regular License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Hemenhepsi.
• You are licensed to use Hemenhepsi to create one single website (end product), for yourself or for one client.
• That website is an end product, created through customization within Hemenhepsi, which requires an application of skill and effort to be created.
• You can create one website (end product) for a client, and you can transfer that single website (end product) to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
• You can use Hemenhepsi and can combine it with other works and plugins to create your single website (end product), which is subject to the terms of the license. You can do these things as long as the end product you then create is one that’s permitted by the license.

Things you can’t do

• You can’t sell the website (end product) to more than one client.
• You can’t re-distribute Hemenhepsi as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files.
• Although you can modify Hemenhepsi and therefore change components before creating your single website (end product), you can’t extract and use a single component of Hemenhepsi on a stand-alone basis.
• You must not permit an end user of the website (end product) to extract Hemenhepsi and use it separately from the website (end product).
• You can’t use the Hemenhepsi logo, or any trademarks associated with IELTHEMES.

The link (https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/) purchasers need to use to access 2Checkout myAccount is included in the automatic emails that the 2Checkout system sends after several events/actions, such as order or payment confirmation/receipt, electronic delivery, renewal reminders, follow-ups for unfinished automatic charges, etc.

How can purchasers log in into the myAccount portal

Once clicked, the link takes purchasers to the myAccount portal access page, where they have two options:

1. Log in using either the email address associated with the order in 2Checkout platform or the reference number for the order placed through 2Checkout platform (without the need to set a password). To do so, purchasers need to:

• Fill in either the email address or the order reference number.
• Click on the Send access link action button (an email will automatically be sent to the email address if this is associated with an order in 2Checkout platform).
• The email includes an access link that logs the purchasers straight into the 2Checkout myAccount (for security reasons, the link is valid for 1 hour and can be used one time only)
• Once logged in, purchasers have the option to set a password (by accessing the Manage password tab on the menu).

2. Log in using the email address (associated with the order in 2Checkout platform) and a password. To do this, purchasers need to:

• Have previously set a password for the 2Checkout myAccount portal.
• If purchasers forget the password, they can click on the Forgot my password link, which will redirect them to the flow described above (where an access link is sent to the email address).

You are not implicitly required to register for a Hemenhepsi support account. However, we encourage you to do so, and here is why:

Yes, the Hemenhepsi purchase code and license key are the same. An Hemenhepsi purchase code of the order (placed through 2Checkout platform) is a unique identifier given to you after purchasing an item on the Hemenhepsi Website, a part of IELTHEMES.

If you have updated to the latest version of Hemenhepsi and have not yet re-registered your Hemenhepsi website with a purchase code –The IELTHEMES token key will remain valid for an additional ten (10) days.

Once the ten (10) days are concluded, the IELTHEMES token key will be rendered invalid. This will not cause your site to break or stop functioning normally. However, you will be required to register the website with a purchase code.

No, a token key will not work to register your Hemenhepsi website. Registration of your domain is done primarily using the purchase code.

To view your registered licenses, log into your My Hemenhepsi account and navigate to the Licenses page. If you have additional licenses that are not listed there, you can bulk import them from your Envato account by clicking on the “Add New” button (top right) and then selecting “Import From Envato”

Note that a top-level or staging domain is automatically listed on the licenses page when registering your Hemenhepsi website.

This will depend on the use case. Licenses in general apply to the end product you use them for. Typically, this end product will be a website focused on a specific topic. If you use subdomains where the topic of the site is not identical or the general design is different, then these subdomains represent their own end products. Thus, you will need one license per subdomain.

Only in cases where the topic and general design of your subdomains match the purpose of your main site, it is fine to go with one license. In the latter case, you can contact us, and after review, we can enable your license for usage with subdomains.

Scenarios

Multiple sub-domains as multiple end products

Suppose you create a website that presents different branches of your business in various cities or countries. Thus, you create two different subdomains: brancha.my-business.com and branchb.my-business.com. If the purpose of each of the subdomain sites is a bit different or the general design is different, you have created different end products. So, in this case, you need one license per subdomain.

Suppose you create a website for a retailer of apples and a retailer of pears, both hosted on your main domain. Thus, you create two different sub-domains: apple-retailer.my-grocery-hosting.com and pear-retailer.my-grocery-hosting.com. Your end products here clearly are the websites for each of the merchants, so in this case, you need one license per subdomain.

Multiple sub-domains in one end product

Suppose you create a website that showcases the various departments of a local company. Thus, you create two different sub-domains: sales.my-business.com and customercare.my-business.com. If the departments are presented in a way that uses the same general design as your main site, they count towards a single end product. So in this case, you don’t need extra licenses per subdomain.

Suppose you create a website for a grocery store, and among other goods, you sell apples and pears. To show your supplies, you create two different subdomains: apples.my-grocery-store.com and pears.my-grocery-store.com. Your end product clearly is the website for the grocery store, so you only need one license.

Yes, you can have one dedicated staging/dev/local site per Avada license. If the domain you are working on matches one of the patterns below, our system will automatically register it as a staging site. Only domains that match the patterns below will qualify as staging sites:
